We offer two types of Boot Camps

 

1) Boot Camp for Kids

2) Women's Bodyfit Boot Camp

 

Kids Bootcamp

 

Bootcamp for Kids was created because we decided to build a program that was creative and fun for kids.  Sports specific drills are introduced in a unique way outside of the actual sport environment.  Kids will work on balance, endurance, build strength and develop their core muscles.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Women's Bodyfit Boot Camp

 

Bodyfit Boot Camp workouts are specifically designed for women to get results.  WBBC is a fun, outdoor, boot camp style fitness program for ANYONE at any fitness level.  The members of WBBC come from every walk of life, every fitness level and every size and shape!  We have women from beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
